ForgusPets Return & Refund Policy

At ForgusPets, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please read our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

🔄 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

   

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

   

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

• A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will apply to all returns.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Used or damaged products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable items (e.g., food and treats)

• Digital or downloadable products

💰 Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund minus the 15% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

• Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

🚚 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
